Due to the pandemic, current lockdowns, and quarantine days across the world, people find themselves depressed or feel alone. Being away from family or friends, it is a tough time for humans to be closed at their homes and keep the social distance.
Some of you, who are far from home, might have got the questions about what you should do now or how to still smile in this stress. Didn’t you?

What is happiness? Is it the physical health or state of mind or the way of Living?
Think by yourself!
If you are physically fit or doing fitness activities, but negativity surrounds you and you keep on thinking you are alone or sad. Will you be happy?
Or if your mind is relaxed, but you are tired or lazy or just sit in a room doing nothing. Will you be able to smile from the core? Or what if you are taking actions that involve donation or helping others or doing the best job that you wished for, but with a bad temper and deteriorating health. Will you be cheerful?
Apart from all the crises across the world, we have ways to connect with our loved ones. Technology is enhanced to the great levels that you can talk to or see the people sitting across the globe. Then why are you still unhappy?
I believe Satisfaction is the center of a Happy Living.
Remember Arunima Sinha, she was not physically fit, since the accident which made her paralyzed. Yet, the inner strength to delimit her own limits gave the greatest success to her that even a wholesome person can’t accomplish.
When you restrict your own capabilities, you fail to, paradoxically, reach your highest limit. Let go of the myths and the limits, try to give your unusual shot. Always, explore the work you like doing the most, then push your boundaries until you are satisfied with your own performance. You will surely win real happiness.
Give yourself a thought, reveal your limits. Examine your heart and realize your heights! Always be satisfied with who you are and what you do, no matter what others say and how they behave. You will be cheerful and smiling, only if you wish to!
