Do you have faith in meditation?

The question is not about believing in God. So, Yes, I do!
Meditation does not mean praying to God or chanting mantras. I am an agnostic, I agree that an energy or a power is ruling the universe but there needs to be a logical reason around it.
Meditation is a phenomenon to relax our senses and control our thoughts that are rushing in our mind. There are multiple ways to meditate. Some of us pray to God, do chanting, some do workouts like yoga, swimming, running, cycling just to relax the flow of thoughts, and concentrate on a single task.
Folks say that yoga or prayer or chanting is meditation to them. So, what exactly is meditation?

Meditation is a state of consciousness in which an individual practices to concentrate or focus on a particular object or task to relax the stressful mind. Mostly, people assume that its main motive is to reduce stress, depression, anxiety, pain but meditation is to increase concentration, peace, self-control, and mental well-being which subsequently results in reduced stress, pain and anxiety.
In this high-tech modern world, everyone rushes for their work or school. They worry about their office, household chores and physique but not the mindfulness. With the emphasized mind, one can be more productive and efficient.
Collect 5-10 minutes from your daily routine and meditate, just a few minutes of concentration will give a huge relief from the clutter of your life. You can perform yoga, swim around the pool, cycle a few miles or just sit silently and focus on the single point on the front wall. People do have their own way of doing meditation and at their defined time slots.

For me, meditation is collating all my positive vibes by sitting comfortably, closing my eyes, and remembering the good memories spent with my family and loved ones. I think of the nice moments or try to create something new, like planning what I can do next to make someone happy.
There is no particular time to do this, but I prefer doing it just before going to bed and sum-up all my positivity and compressing the negative thoughts, which gives me strength for the next day. This helps me find new ways to be happy and peaceful.
With a stress-free mind, it increases my work efficiency to the fullest.
